- Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball out into thin circles using a rolling pin.
- Cut the rolled dough into triangles to form chips.
Bake the chips
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the chips in a single layer.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
