Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces firm bananas
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Peel the bananas and slice them into even, thin rounds?about ? inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, gently toss the banana slices with melted coconut oil to coat them lightly on both sides.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Lay the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket (avoid overlapping). Lightly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
  5. Cook at 350?F (175?C) for 8?10 minutes, flipping the chips halfway through. Watch them closely toward the end to prevent burning.
  6. Let the chips cool on a wire rack or plate?they?ll crisp up more as they cool.
  7. Serve immediately or store for later snacking!
