  • 2 5.2oz Boursin cheese wheels
  • 3/4 cup salted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 3/4 cup fig jam
  • 2 tbsp hot honey
  • flakey sea salt for topping
  • crackers for dipping or bread

Method
 

  1. Toast pistachios over medium heat until fragrant but not burning, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. In a wide based serving dish, spread two Boursin cheese wheels along the bottom.
  3. Top with fig jam and spread, then add pistachios.
  4. Drizzle on hot honey and top with flakey sea salt. Serve with your favorite crackers or bread.
