Ingredients
  

  • 0.5 gallon apple cider
  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • 0.5 cups orange juice
  • 0.5 cups caramel sauce plus 3 tablespoons, divided
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples cored and chopped
  • 2 Gala apples cored and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sea salt

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine apple cider, ginger ale, orange juice, ½ cup caramel sauce, and chopped apples. Store in refrigerator to chill.
  2. Put the remaining caramel sauce in a bowl and lightly dip the rims of serving glasses. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour punch over.
