- In a large bowl, combine apple cider, ginger ale, orange juice, ½ cup caramel sauce, and chopped apples. Store in refrigerator to chill.
- Put the remaining caramel sauce in a bowl and lightly dip the rims of serving glasses. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Fill glasses with ice and pour punch over.
