  • 2 tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice eggs in half. Carefully scoop out the egg yolks into a bowl. Set whites aside.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork.

  4. Spoon egg yolk mixture back into the cooked whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours to chill, or overnight.
