- Slice eggs in half. Carefully scoop out the egg yolks into a bowl. Set whites aside.
- Mash yolks with a fork.
- Add mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, and salt. Blend with a fork until creamy.

- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Refrigerate, covered, for at least 2 hours to chill, or overnight.
