Ingredients
  

Cheeses
  • 1 small wedge Parmigiano reggiano
  • 1 small wedge Cheddar
  • 1 small wedge Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 small log goat cheese
Accompaniments
  • 1 small jar apple butter
  • 1 Kalamata or green olives
  • 1 cup roasted almonds
  • 1 cup roasted and salted pumpkin seeds
  • 1 package grissini breadsticks
  • 1 box sea salt crackers
  • 1 box Triscuit crackers
  • 1 package Raincoast rosemary raisin pecan crisps
  • 1 loaf French baguette sliced thinly
  • 4 oz herb-crusted salami fold in quarters to make little rows
  • 1 Honey Pepper Bacon
Fruits & Veggies
  • 1 Bosc pear
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple
  • 1 bunch red grapes few bunches
  • 4 figs few
  • 1 cup carrot sticks
  • 1 cup cucumber slices
  • 1 cup mini bell peppers
Garnish
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary for garnish

  • Knife for slicing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drizzle the hummus with olive oil, and sprinkle with the roasted pumpkin seeds, adding a dusting of finely chopped rosemary in a bowl. Set in the center of the board.
  2. Set the cheese down on the board.
  3. Serve the apple jam in the jar, adding a small bowl of olives.
  4. Arrange the rest of the ingredients around the board.
  5. Add in a few sprigs of rosemary and serve!
