Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 batch prepared brownie batter for an 8'' pan
Decorations
  • 12 cookies Milano cookies
  • 1 tube black decorating gel
  • 12 pieces candy pumpkins
Frosting
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter salted or unsalted, softened
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • green food coloring a few drops, to reach your desired color

  • mixing bowl
  • parchment paper
  • spatula

Method
 

Brownie Preparation
  1. Line an 8? baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a little bit of overhang on the sides.
  2. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer. Bake according to recipe instructions.
  3. Allow brownies to cool completely. Pull up on the parchment paper and transfer the brownies to a flat surface. Cut the brownies into rectangles.
Frosting Preparation
  1. Mix all of the frosting ingredients together in a bowl for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. Adjust thickness with powdered sugar or milk as needed. Mix in green food coloring.
Decoration
  1. Use the black gel pen to write R-I-P on the top of each milano cookie. Optionally, cut the very bottom edge off of the cookies.
  2. Press each cookie into the top of the brownie as a grave headstone.
  3. Spoon a little green frosting near the headstone and place a pumpkin candy on top.
