Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup labneh or full fat Greek yogurt for creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest freshly zested
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon flaky salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey for sweetness
  • 2 tablespoons sliced scallions for garnish
  • 1 cup cucumber slices or potato chips or crackers for dipping

Method
 

  1. Spread an even layer of labneh all over your desired flat dish.
  2. Zest a lemon all over the labneh. Add a small squeeze of lemon juice.
  3. Top with as much chili crisp as you’d like.
  4. Drizzle honey all over.
  5. Top with sliced scallions.
  6. Enjoy with cucumber slices, potato chips, or crackers.
