Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas sliced in quarters
  • 20 dates pitted and not too hard
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granola of choice
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • sea salt for on top

  • parchment paper
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • spatula

Method
 

  1. Start by slicing the bananas into quarter-sized pieces.
  2. Next, slice the dates open (make sure pits are removed).
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and add bananas and the dates to the sheet.
  4. Add the peanut butter across and spread it across with a spatula.
  5. Next, sprinkle the granola across the bark.
  6. Add the chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl and melt in 30 second increments or until melted (stir in between).
  7. Next, pour the melted chocolate on top of the bark then add to freezer or fridge to set for about 30-60 minutes.
  8. Break apart once set and enjoy!
