Cooking Process
- Slice the kielbasa sausages. Peel and cut the carrots into half-moons. Mince the garlic clove and dice the onion. Core and chop the cabbage. Chop the dill.
- Heat oil over medium in a large pot. Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Remove from pot.
- Add garlic, onion, and carrots. Saut? for 3 minutes. Stir in paprika and cumin.
- Pour in broth and bring to a boil. Add cabbage, cover the pot, and reduce the heat to medium low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the lid and stir in the cheese spread. Increase the heat to medium high and add pierogi. Boil until they start to float (this can take 3-5 minutes for fresh pierogi and up to 8 minutes for frozen).
- Turn off the heat. Stir in kielbasa, dill, and finish off with freshly ground black pepper. Enjoy!

Notes
For the best flavor, use homemade broth if possible; it elevates the soup immensely. Don't overcook the pierogi; they should float to the top. Don?t skimp on the fresh dill; it brightens the entire dish.
