  • 3 pcs eggs beaten
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp butter for dotting
  • 1 pcs onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Wash fresh spinach thoroughly and saut? in a skillet until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, and dot with butter.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown and set, about 25-30 minutes.
