Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 4 large hard-boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
Optional Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon paprika for sprinkling on top
  • 2 tablespoons additional chives for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mash the ingredients together with a fork until well combined and creamy.
  3. Fold in the chopped chives.
Serve
  1. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and sprinkle with paprika and additional chives if desired.
  2. Serve with crackers, pita chips, or vegetable sticks.
