Ingredients
  

For the Radish Mushrooms
  • 1 bunch Radishes choose firm, vibrant radishes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or melted butter for richer flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic for a punchier kick
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked paprika can elevate the dish
For the Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley or cilantro as an alternative
  • to taste Sea Salt adjust to taste preference
  • to taste Black Pepper or crushed red pepper flakes for extra spice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and trim your radishes, removing any green tops and roots.
  2. Using a sharp knife, slice each radish in half lengthwise.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Place the radish halves cut-side down and saut? for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften and turn golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs like thyme or dill. Stir gently to evenly coat the radishes in the seasoning.
  5. If desired, add minced garlic or shallots during the last two minutes of cooking.
  6. Once tender and fragrant, remove them from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
