Ingredients
  

Cookie Base
  • 2 cups cornflakes lightly crushed
  • 1 cup chocolate chips milk or semi-sweet
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate eggs for decoration

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and stir until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed cornflakes until evenly coated.
Shape the Cookies
  1. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls.
  2. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Decorate and Chill
  1. Press a mini chocolate egg into the top of each cookie.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
