Method
- In a large bowl, add the flour and the yoghurt. Mix together until a dough forms.
- Split the dough into four and roll each into a ball. Poke a hole in the middle of each ball and stretch to form a bagel shape.
- Get a large pot of water boiling and add the baking powder. Boil the bagels for 1-2 minutes, then remove and set aside on a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Heat the oven to 180?C. Beat the egg and egg wash each bagel, then sprinkle with your topping of choice.
- Bake for around 30 minutes until golden brown and crisp on the outside.

Notes
Store any leftover bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days. For longer storage, freeze them in a zip-top bag. Reheat in the oven to restore crispiness.
