Filling
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for thickening
Crumble Topping
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon optional

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). In a mixing bowl, combine fresh raspberries, granulated sugar, and cornstarch. Gently toss to coat the raspberries evenly.
Make the Crumble Topping
  1. In another bowl, mix together flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Spread the raspberry mixture evenly in a baking dish. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the raspberries. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
