Ingredients
  

  • 24 units wonton wrappers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can artichoke hearts in water drained and finely chopped
  • 0.25 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cups parmesan cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cups chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F.
  2. Combine all of the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until fully combined.
  3. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  4. Gently press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin to form a cup. Spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with cooking spray or brush with cooking oil. Bake until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes.
  5. Fill each baked cup with 1-2 spoonfuls of the filling and press down.
  6. Cover the tray with foil and bake until the filling is warmed through and bubbly, about 10-12 minutes.
  7. Immediately remove the wonton cups from the muffin tin and transfer to a wire rack or a plate lined with a paper towel.
