For the Frappe Base
  • 1 cup brewed coffee A strong brew works best.
  • 1 cup milk Whole milk recommended; can substitute with almond or oat milk.
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Sweeten to taste; granulated sugar, honey, or agave syrup are alternatives.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A splash of pure vanilla extract elevates the taste.
  • 2 cups ice Use plenty for a frosty texture.
For the Topping
  • 1 dollop whipped cream Adds indulgence.
  • to taste chocolate syrup Drizzle for sweetness.
  • to taste sprinkles or nuts For added texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend: Combine brewed coffee, milk, and vanilla syrup in a blender. Blend on high until frothy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add Ice: Toss in ice cubes and blend until smooth and creamy, about another minute.
  3. Taste & Adjust: Taste the frappe and add more vanilla syrup if desired, then blend briefly.
  4. Serve: Pour into tall glasses and top with whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce if desired.
  5. Garnish: Dust with cocoa powder or crushed cookies for added flair.
