Ingredients
  

Pasta and Vegetables
  • 8 oz fusilli pasta or any pasta of choice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onions sliced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Mix the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, and sliced green onions.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
