Ingredients
  

Salad Ingredients
  • 4 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard Dijon or yellow
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Eggs
  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool them in cold water, peel, and chop them into small pieces.
Mix the Ingredients
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, red onion, salt, pepper, and dill.
Serve
  1. Mix everything until well combined. Serve on bread, in a wrap, or on a bed of lettuce.
