Ingredients
  

Pie Crust
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup ice water
Filling
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar for sweetening fruit
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch for thickening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the Pie Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
  2. Gradually add ice water until the dough comes together. Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375?F (190?C). Roll out the dough and fit it into a 9-inch pie pan.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix gently.
  2. Pour the fruit mixture into the prepared pie crust, arranging the strawberries and blueberries to create a flag design.
Bake the Pie
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly.
