Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer in a baking dish and roast for 15 minutes.
Cooking
- After 15 minutes, remove the baking dish from the oven and add the asparagus and garlic cloves. Toss gently to combine.
- Return the dish to the oven and roast for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
