Method
Prepare the Eggs
- Place the eggs in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for 5 minutes, then peel and slice in half lengthwise.
Make the Filling
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yolks, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, French onion dip, caramelized onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Deviled Eggs
- Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves. Garnish with chopped chives.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
