Prepare the Eggs

Bread the Eggs

- Dip each stuffed egg half first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs, ensuring they are well coated.
Fry the Eggs
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded egg halves, frying in batches if necessary.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to paper towels to drain excess oil.
