Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple peeled and diced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup yogurt for serving
  • 1 tbsp honey for drizzling
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit
  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits as indicated in the ingredients list.
  2. Combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, and grapes in a mixing bowl.
Assemble the Cups
  1. Spoon the mixed fruit into serving cups.
  2. If desired, top with yogurt, a drizzle of honey, and garnish with mint leaves.
