Ingredients
  

Cake
  • 1 box funfetti cake mix plus ingredients required on the box
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Pudding Filling
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
Topping
  • 1 container whipped topping thawed
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

Prepare the Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the funfetti cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool completely in the pan.
Make the Pudding Filling
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Once the cake has cooled, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
  3. Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, ensuring it fills the holes.
Add Topping
  1. Spread the whipped topping over the pudding layer.
  2. Sprinkle with colorful sprinkles on top for decoration.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
