Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 pounds Russet potatoes peeled and cubed
Garlic
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter melted
Milk
  • 1/2 cup Whole milk warmed
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Prepare Potatoes
  1. Place the cubed potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Mash and Mix
  1. Drain the potatoes in a colander and return them to the pot.
  2. Add the minced garlic, melted butter, and warmed milk.
  3. Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
