Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb. bone-in chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated, plus more for serving
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • Caesar dressing for dipping

Method
 

  1. Arrange a rack in center of oven; preheat to 400?F. Set a wire rack in a large rimmed baking sheet. In a large bowl, toss wings with oil; season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Transfer wings to prepared rack and bake until golden and crispy, about 50 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, stir garlic, Parmesan, butter, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Add wings and toss until coated.
  4. Transfer wings to a platter. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve with Caesar dressing alongside.
