Ingredients
  

Meats
  • 1 lb chicken breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 lb ground beef for burgers
  • 1 lb pork ribs baby back
Vegetables
  • 2 cups bell peppers sliced
  • 2 cups zucchini sliced
  • 1 cup corn fresh or frozen
Marinades and Seasonings
  • 1/4 cup olive oil for marinating
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce for chicken
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
Buns and Sides
  • 4 pieces burger buns for serving
  • 1 cup coleslaw for serving
  • 1 cup potato salad for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Season the ground beef with paprika and form into burger patties.
  3. Prepare the vegetables by slicing the bell peppers and zucchini.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  3. Grill the burger patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. Grill the pork ribs for 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.
  5. Grill the sliced vegetables for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Serving
  1. Serve the grilled meats on a platter with the grilled vegetables on the side.
  2. Assemble burgers with the grilled patties in buns and top with coleslaw.
  3. Enjoy with potato salad and your favorite condiments.
