Ingredients

Marinade
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless

Method

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, black pepper, and salt.
Marinate the Chicken
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
