Ingredients
  

Lamb Chops
  • 8 pieces lamb chops preferably rib or loin chops
Marinade
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Marinade
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Lamb Chops
  1. Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Grill the Lamb Chops
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  2. Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
Serve
  1. Remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
