Prepare the Marinade
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Marinate the Lamb Chops
- Add the lamb chops to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Grill the Lamb Chops
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Place the lamb chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.
