Method
Prepare the Marinade
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Marinate the Halloumi
- Place the halloumi slices in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Grill the Halloumi
- Preheat the grill or grilling pan over medium-high heat. Grill the halloumi slices for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve
- Transfer the grilled halloumi to a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley and mint, and serve immediately.
