Prepare the Lobster Tails
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Using a sharp knife, split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Remove the vein and rinse the tails under cold water.
Make the Garlic Butter
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Grill the Lobster Tails
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
- Flip the tails and brush with more garlic butter, grilling for an additional 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve
- Remove the lobster tails from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- Serve with additional garlic butter and lemon wedges on the side.
