Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 4 pieces Lobster tails Split down the middle
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Lobster Tails
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using a sharp knife, split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the vein and rinse the tails under cold water.
Make the Garlic Butter
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
Grill the Lobster Tails
  1. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  2. Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, and grill for about 5-6 minutes.
  3. Flip the tails and brush with more garlic butter, grilling for an additional 4-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the lobster tails from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
  2. Serve with additional garlic butter and lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

For added flavor, you can marinate the lobster tails in the garlic butter mixture for 30 minutes before grilling.
