Prepare the Lobster Tails
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Using a sharp knife, carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Remove the vein and any remaining shell fragments.
Make the Garlic Butter
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
- Mix well until combined.
Grill the Lobster Tails
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the tails and brush with more garlic butter, grilling for an additional 3-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve
- Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
