Ingredients
  

Lobster Tails
  • 4 pieces lobster tails thawed if frozen
Garlic Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Serving
  • 1 lemon lemon cut into wedges for serving

Method
 

Prepare the Lobster Tails
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Using a sharp knife, carefully split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the vein and any remaining shell fragments.
Make the Garlic Butter
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix well until combined.
Grill the Lobster Tails
  1. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Place the lobster tails on the grill, shell side down, and grill for about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Flip the tails and brush with more garlic butter, grilling for an additional 3-5 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes
