Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 4 cups shredded green cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
Fruits
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple can substitute with canned pineapple, drained
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Vegetables
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and shredded carrots.
Add Pineapple
  1. Fold in the diced pineapple into the vegetable mixture.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Combine and Serve
  1. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mixture and toss until evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
