Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Toppings
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 cup ham sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 475?F (245?C) with a pizza stone inside.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Top with ham, pineapple, and oregano.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone.
  2. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  3. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes
