Prepare the Herb Butter
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, dill, chives, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the Salmon
- Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down. Grill for about 5-6 minutes.
- Carefully flip the fillets and spread a generous amount of herb butter on top. Grill for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve
- Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve with additional herb butter if desired.

For added flavor, marinate the salmon in the herb butter for 30 minutes before grilling.
