Ingredients
  

Hibiscus Tea Base
  • 2 cups Hibiscus tea Brewed and cooled
  • 1 cup Water For brewing tea
Mocktail Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Fresh lime juice Juiced from about 4 limes
  • 1/4 cup Agave syrup Adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Sparkling water For fizz
  • 1 tablespoon Salt For rimming glasses
  • 1 lime Lime wedges For garnish
  • 1 cup Ice Crushed or cubed

Method
 

Prepare Hibiscus Tea
  1. Brew hibiscus tea by steeping dried hibiscus flowers in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Strain and cool.
Mix Mocktail
  1. In a shaker, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake well.
  2. Rim glasses with lime juice and dip in salt to coat the rim.
  3. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mixture over the ice.
  4. Top with sparkling water and garnish with lime wedges.

Notes
