Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 1 pound chicken breast sliced into thin strips
Vegetables
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 inch ginger grated
Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Method
 

Cooking the Chicken
  1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Adding Vegetables
  1. Add the garlic, ginger, bell peppers, broccoli, and snap peas to the wok. Stir-fry for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Finishing Touches
  1. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
