Ingredients
  

For the Chips
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil for brushing
For the Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine corn flour and salt. Gradually add water and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
Shape the Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 350?F (175?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until thin, then cut into triangles using a pizza cutter.
  3. Place the triangles on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Bake and Season
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together nutritional yeast, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Remove chips from the oven and immediately sprinkle with the seasoning mixture while still hot.
