Preparation and Roasting
  1. Preheat your oven to 400?F (200?C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  4. Roast the Brussels sprouts in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through for even crisping.
Glaze Preparation
  1. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the honey butter glaze by melting butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add honey and soy sauce, stirring until blended. If desired, add crushed red pepper flakes.
  3. Let the glaze simmer for about 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
Serving
  1. Once roasted, remove the Brussels sprouts from the oven and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Pour the warm honey butter glaze over them and gently toss to coat.
  3. Transfer the glazed Brussels sprouts to a serving dish and serve hot.
