Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
Sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them evenly with the sauce. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and caramelized.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
