Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 1 cup Porcini
  • 1 cup Champignons

Method
 

Dehydrating Process
  1. Clean the mushrooms using a paper towel to remove all dirt and cut out any impurities.
  2. Slice the mushrooms into half a millimeter or quarter-inch slices and lay them on dehydrator trays in a single layer.
  3. Place all the filled trays on top of each other and close the lid.
  4. Set the dehydrator to 70 degrees Celsius (160 Fahrenheit) and dry for 6 to 8 hours, swapping trays from time to time to ensure even drying.
