Ingredients
  

Watermelon Base
  • 4 cups watermelon cubed, seeds removed
  • 1 cup water cold
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste
Additional Ingredients
  • 1 cup sparkling water for fizz
  • 1 cup mixed fruits such as strawberries, blueberries, or kiwi
  • mint leaves fresh mint for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Watermelon Base
  1. Blend the cubed watermelon with cold water and honey until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large bowl to remove pulp.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add the sparkling water to the strained watermelon juice and stir gently.
  2. Add mixed fruits to the punch and stir to combine.
  3. Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
