Method
 

Matcha Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together matcha powder and water.
  2. Pour matcha mixture into a glass and add ice. Pour in oat milk.
  3. Top drink with lavender cold foam.
Lavender Cold Foam Preparation
  1. To make lavender cold foam, add milk, cream, vanilla syrup, and lavender powder to a jar and shake well to combine, or stir together in a bowl.
  2. When ready to enjoy, froth the sweet cream using an electric frother, blender, or bowl with a hand mixer until it turns into a foam.
  3. Alternatively, shake the mixture vigorously in a mason jar until frothy.
Lavender Powder Preparation
  1. To make lavender powder, grind dried lavender in a spice or coffee grinder into a fine powder.
  2. Whisk sugar, black currant powder, salt, and soy lecithin into ground lavender.
  3. Process the mixture in the grinder until fine.
