  • 3 ounces espresso freshly brewed
  • 1 Tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2-3 Tablespoons maple syrup to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind of milk
  • ice cubes enough to fill the glass

Method
 

  1. Fill a large glass with ice.
  2. To the hot espresso, add the cocoa, maple syrup, and peppermint extract and whisk.
  3. Pour the espresso mixture into the glass of ice, add the milk, and stir well.
