Ingredients
  

Dressing Base
  • 1 cup olive oil extra virgin preferred
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare the Dressing
  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Whisk together until well combined and emulsified.
  3. Alternatively, you can add all ingredients to a jar, seal it, and shake until mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
