Ingredients
  

Dip Base
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup key lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp lime zest for garnish
Graham Cracker Crust Topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Dip
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth.
  2. Add sour cream and key lime juice to the mixture. Continue to beat until well combined and creamy.
  3. Transfer the dip to a serving dish and smooth the top.
Make the Topping
  1. In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture over the top of the dip.
  3. Garnish with lime zest before serving.
