Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, black pepper, and paprika to create the marinade.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Place the chicken on the grill.
  3. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165?F (75?C).
  4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serving
  1. Slice the grilled chicken and serve with your favorite sides, such as rice, salad, or grilled vegetables.
