Ingredients
  

Fruit
  • 4 cups ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped
Sugar
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
Acid
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
Pectin
  • 1 package fruit pectin follow package instructions for usage

Method
 

Prepare the Kiwis
  1. Peel and chop the kiwis into small pieces.
Cook the Mixture
  1. In a saucepan, combine the chopped kiwis, sugar, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
  3. Once boiling, add the fruit pectin and stir continuously for 1-2 minutes.
Jar the Jam
  1. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Pour the jam into sterilized jars, leaving some space at the top.
  3. Seal the jars and let them cool completely before storing.
